Established in 2018.

In 2014 Jack turned his love of animals into a career. He saw grooming as a way to both help animals and provide an avenue for him to spend as much time with animals as possible.
He got his start as a groomer at PetSmart and worked diligently to hone his skills. Eager to improve his skills, he sought more experienced groomers, who he could learn from. He applied both conventional learning tools, hands on experience, as well as videos tutorials and other online instruction and forums to his improve his technique. Eventually, Jack began working with a private grooming salon, and after a few years there, he began to see a need for a more compassionate grooming experience and opened The Pampered Pooch. Since, it inception Jack found good communication with pet owners to be especially important when determining how to meet the needs and desired service for each dog and made that one of the cornerstones of his business. Applying this philosophy has provided him the privileged to forge new relationships both with pets and their owners. Since, Jack has also helped guide new groomers on their path to success a rewarding way to pay it forward and to solidify the knowledge gained on his career path.
